To refer a young person to our school, please fill in the relevant form:
- Referral form for pupils who live within the Manchester local authority area
- Referral form for pupils who live outside the Manchester local authority area
- Referral form for pupils who live within the Manchester local authority who have been discharged from hospital (and not ready to return to their home school)
