Making a Referral

Please note that the Manchester local authority Admissions Team is now solely responsible for administering the Section 19 referral process. Schools should no longer send referrals directly to the hospital school. All referrals must be submitted to the Admissions Team using the contact details below. To support schools in understanding the process and making appropriate referrals, please find the following document linked here: Section 19 Referral Form. 

Completed referral forms and supporting documentation should be sent  to: section19@manchester.gov.uk
